The Fifteenth Annual Charity Spring Ball, sponsored by the Grand Lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, will be held on Saturday, March 28th, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza, 10 Lincoln Square, Worcester, MA commencing with a social hour at 6PM followed by dinner at 7PM. I am pleased and honored to announce that the committee have asked that I ask Governor Duval Patrick to be our guest speaker.

Every purchase helps fund research and the development of a cure for thi debilitating disease that strike people of all ages and affects about 42.7 million Americans (just over 1 in 5 adults). All proceeds from this major fund-raiser will be presented to the President of the Arthritis Foundation of Massachusetts immediately following dinner.

Tickets for the Spring Ball are $40.00 each and tables of 8 and 10 are available upon request. Advertisements in the Arthritis Program Book are as follows:

• Full page for $150.00 (9 x 7)
• 1/2 page for $80.00 (4 1/2 x 7)
• 1/4 page for $50.00 (2 1/2 x 4)
• Business card for $25.00
